Operations Administrator and Audit Specialist
IGT is looking for an organised, proactive and highly collaborative Operations Governance & Enablement Coordinator to join its growing Operations Excellence & Enablement team. This role is responsible for supporting the governance, coordination, compliance and continuous improvement activities that enable Operations to scale effectively.
Acting as the operational backbone of the team, the successful candidate will ensure governance processes run smoothly, actions are followed through to completion, audits are well managed, and stakeholders remain informed and aligned. The role offers broad exposure across operational governance, business systems, audits, compliance, performance management, knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate governance forums, operational reviews, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, governance documentation and decision records.
- Maintain governance calendars and operational review schedules.
- Document outcomes, decisions and action items from governance discussions.
- Ensure agreed actions are assigned, tracked and completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain governance repositories, records and documentation.
- Maintain a centralised action tracking process across operational reviews, audits and improvement initiatives.
- Follow up with action owners to ensure timely completion of commitments.
- Escalate overdue actions and risks when appropriate.
- Provide regular updates on progress, outstanding actions and governance commitments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by coordinating workshops, reviews and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate user access reviews and operational audit activities.
- Collect evidence and documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Work with Compliance, Security and Operations teams to support regulatory reviews and information requests.
- Maintain audit logs, records and evidence repositories.
- Track audit findings and remediation actions through to completion.
- Support periodic reviews of operational controls, processes and governance requirements.
- Support operational data quality initiatives across business systems and operational repositories.
- Perform data validation and review activities.
- Assist with data population, data cleanup and information management initiatives.
- Identify data quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support operational teams in maintaining accurate and complete information.
- Coordinate the preparation of operational review packs and governance reports.
- Support KPI and operational review processes by gathering information from stakeholders.
- Track outputs and actions arising from KPI reviews and governance discussions.
- Assist in maintaining visibility of operational priorities, commitments and initiatives.
- Support OKR and strategic planning cycles through coordination and follow-up activities.
- Support the maintenance of operational documentation, standards and governance records.
- Coordinate documentation reviews and approval processes.
- Assist with the preparation and publication of operational communications, newsletters and team updates.
- Help maintain transparency and visibility of team activities, priorities and achievements.
- Ensure key decisions and changes are appropriately documented and communicated.
- Support operational projects and improvement initiatives through coordination and administration activities.
- Schedule workshops, reviews and stakeholder sessions.
- Track project actions, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments.
- Act as a central point of coordination for operational governance and enablement activities.

- Familiarity with Jira, Jira Service Management, Dataverse or similar business systems. (preferred)
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews or compliance activities. (preferred)
- Understanding of operational performance management, KPIs or process improvement methodologies. (preferred)
