VIP Account Specialist
Novibet is looking for a VIP Account Specialist to join its VIP Account Management Department. This role focuses on managing and developing relationships with assigned VIP players to ensure high levels of engagement and loyalty.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering premium experiences and providing proactive support to retain clients. The role requires a professional, player-first approach and close collaboration with internal teams to meet player needs and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned VIP players.
- Deliver personalized communication and premium player experiences.
- Understand player behavior and preferences to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve the player experience.
- Proactively support retention activities and reduce risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player needs.
- Maintain accurate player records and document interactions.
- Represent a professional, player-first approach at all times.
- 9+ months within the company or completion of a performance review cycle (required).
- 6+ months in current role after promotion (required).
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Sales, Account Management, or VIP Operations (required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and trust (required).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, “extra mile” mindset (required).
- Understanding of player lifecycle, retention strategies, and player behavior (required).
- Ability to manage priorities while maintaining high service standards (required).
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken) (required).
