Billing Analyst
The Billing Analyst role involves controlling the implementation of customer payment conversion rates, analysing deviations, and systematising reasons for these deviations. This position requires communication with payment providers on all aspects of payment processing and tasks related to their work.
Interaction with the development department on product-related tasks is also a key responsibility. The analyst will engage horizontally with the payment solutions development department for quality control of new channels, improvement of existing working conditions, and coordination of planned conversion rates and channel performance.
Continuous interaction with the Operational Finance department is necessary regarding channel performance, incidents, launch of new channels, methods, and providers, as well as monitoring and analysing channel performance targets. Participation in regular meetings of the development, operational finance, and development departments is also part of the role.
- Control over the implementation of conversion rates of customer payments, analysis of the reasons for deviations, systematization and qualification of the reasons for deviations, work with the tasks assigned.
- Communication with payment providers on all aspects of payment processing and on tasks related to the work of providers.
- Communication and interaction with the development department on tasks related to the product.
- Horizontal interaction with the payment solutions development department regarding quality control of new channels, improvement of existing working conditions, coordination of planned conversion rates and channel performance.
- Continuous interaction with the Operational Finance department regarding channel performance, incidents, launch of new channels, methods and providers, monitoring and analysis of channel performance targets.
- Participation in regular meetings of the development, operational finance, and development departments.
- Relevant experience with payment systems, methods, providers, banks (required).
- Deep understanding of the payment solutions market, both traditional and alternative (required).
- Good communication skills (required).
- Experience in setting tasks and monitoring their implementation, participation in business process optimisation and automation projects (required).
- Experience in analysis using Excel, Tableau tools (required).
- English language skills not lower than A2 (required).
