Description

The Business Analyst role is within a fast-growing business group. The position offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals in Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

This role requires interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks. The Business Analyst will provide information and consulting about products’ features, relations and interactions to any stakeholder on demand. They will monitor and analyse projects implementation, delivery and operation with feedback for improvements. The role also involves reviewing and approving user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists, and presenting user stories to the team, clarifying points, and updating them as a result of discussion. Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility is key, using this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements. Development and maintenance of documentation in accordance with standards and requirements is also a core part of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis of the gathered requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story).
  • Supporting needs in requirements management during the whole project life cycle.
  • Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks.
  • Providing information and consulting about products’ features, relations and interactions to any stakeholder on demand.
  • Monitoring and analysis of projects implementation, delivery and operation with feedback for improvements.
  • Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists.
  • Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team.
  • Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility.
  • This knowledge usage to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements.
  • Development and maintenance of documentation in accordance with standards and requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the iGaming or payments industry (required).
  • Experience working with Atlassian stack tools (Jira, Confluence) (required).
  • Ability to present information clearly, logically, and consistently (required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions (required).
  • Understanding documentation standards (required).
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering (in the form of user stories, use cases, and other relevant formats), process mapping (UML, BPMN), and documentation (including requirements specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides) (required).
  • Experience with payment method integrations and understanding of the payment process (required).
  • Understanding REST API, JSON (required).
  • Confluence (required).
  • Jira (required).
  • Draw.io (required).
  • Miro (required).
  • Figma (required).
  • UML, BPMN notation (required).
  • English (B2+) (required).
