Description

The Content Specialist role involves publishing text and graphic content for retention campaigns through admin panels. This includes configuring the bonus part of activities and communicating with product teams, marketing teams, translators, and other departments such as design and business. The role also requires data analysis and processing in Google Docs, with reporting in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities
  • Publishing text and graphic content for retention campaigns through the admin panels.
  • Configuring the bonus part of the activities.

  • Data analysis and processing in Google Docs, reporting in Google Sheets.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a content manager (required).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS (required).
  • Ability to work with Google Docs and Google Sheets (required).
  • Experience with text editors, HTML editors, and various admin panels (preferably self-written) (required).
  • Understanding how to structure information and work with large volumes of data (required).
  • Ability to perform monotonous work on time and without compromising quality (required).
  • Experience in gambling or betting (nice-to-have).
  • Experience working with freelancers (copywriters, translators) (nice-to-have).
  • Experience working with issue tracking system such Jira or Trello (nice-to-have).
  • Experience using Tableua to analyze campaigns (nice-to-have).
