Customer Support Specialist

Description

The Customer Support Specialist role involves advising clients on the company's product via online chat, providing technical support for website usage, and solving client problems within the framework of the company's product. The specialist will also focus on building long-term relationships with clients and providing them with up-to-date information on current offers and promotions.

Responsibilities
  • Advise Clients on the company's product via online chat (no calls).
  • Assist Clients in working with the website (provide technical support).
  • Solve Clients' problems within the framework of the company's product.
  • Build long-term relationships with Clients.
  • Provide Clients with up-to-date information on current offers/promotions of the company.
Requirements
  • Effective multitasking: ability to handle multiple chats, work with knowledge bases, and switch tasks without quality loss (required)
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer orientation: Experience and skills in resolving challenging situations (required)
  • Ability to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues, demonstrating a deep commitment to achieving positive outcomes (required)
  • Active engagement in work (required)
  • Experienced PC user (understanding of VPNs, internet connectivity, basic troubleshooting) (required)
  • Own equipment (PC/laptop with Windows 10/11, stable internet connection) (required)
