- Experience in launching or managing internal communication processes (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher (required)
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze communication results (required)
- Adherence to confidentiality principles (required)
- Experience in FinTech / IT / digital companies (preferred)
- Experience in launching internal communications from scratch (preferred)
- Basic skills in visual content tools (Figma, Canva, etc.) (preferred)
- Experience working with corporate platforms and internal portals (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership (required)
