Description
The Media Buyer FB role involves managing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to attract new players to the product. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle of campaign management, from creation and setup to analysis and optimisation, ensuring that traffic generation meets specified KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Creating, setting up and optimisation of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram platforms to attract new players to the product.
- Conducting regular comprehensive analysis of own advertising campaigns and making decisions on how to improve the results.
- Regularly building Marketing Hypotheses and conducting A/B tests to generate new profitable approaches to traffic generation.
- Setting the Terms of Reference for the necessary promotional materials.
- Competent budget management.
- Together with the team, the formation of media strategies, calculation of the KPI funnel.
- Monitoring the implementation of own traffic KPIs and finding ways to continuously improve them.
- Regular reporting on performance and profit.
- Market and Competitor Analysis.
- Planning and calculation of Traffic Streams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful proven experience with Facebook in the Betting niche (required).
- Ability to effectively manage large advertising budgets (required).
- Availability of successful cases in the betting niche in the CIS/Latam markets (required).
- Deep understanding of basic metrics of the Conversion Rate and Unity Economy (ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, etc.) (required).
- Experience in working with Antidetect Browser and Tracking Systems (required).
- A high-level understanding of how the major advertising Facebook and Instagram platforms (placements, auto-rules, launch methods) work (required).
- Ability to moderate creatives and links on the previously mentioned platforms (required).
- Ability to work independently with cloaking and filtration systems (Adspect, Palladium, Im Klo, HideClick, Keitaro, Android/IOS apps, PWA apps, etc.) (required).
- Ability to collect test results (advertising), draw conclusions and suggestions for further actions (required).
- Ability to analyze and optimize your advertising campaigns to achieve specified KPIs (required).
- Experience in A/B testing (required).
- Experience with a lot of traffic, ability to work with a large array of information (required).
- English B1 and above (required).
- Experience in other Search Traffic Sources (TikTok, BigoAds, Kwai, etc) (nice-to-have).
- Experience in BI/Analytics services (Tableau/Google Data Studio/Power BI, etc) (nice-to-have).
