Develop and execute a comprehensive PR & communications strategy aligned with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, conference organizers, partners, and industry communities. Pitch and secure speaking slots at conferences, podcasts, webinars, and interviews. Initiate and manage media coverage, features, and thought-leadership placements. Own external communications and brand messaging consistency across all channels. Prepare and plan press releases, expert comments, articles. Collaborate closely with marketing, SMM, content, design teams. Crisis management: monitor public feedback and provide professional responses to negative comments. Manage PR performance tracking and reporting.

- 3+ years of experience as a PR Manager / PR Specialist
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with press releases and PR content
- Proven track record of securing media placements and speaking opportunities
- Understanding of digital marketing and agency environments
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Knowledge of iGaming, Fintech, IT, or Web3
- Experience working with PR teams and media outlets
- Established relationships with key industry media
- Experience with influencers
- Experience with PR monitoring tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
