Regional Manager
Pin-Up Global is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations within the Ecuador market. This role involves monitoring local market trends, competitor activity, and user behaviour to provide actionable insights for internal teams. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for local partnerships and ensure the relevance of marketing materials and campaigns within the region.
The Regional Manager will work within a cross-functional environment, coordinating with various departments to support market growth and risk management. This position requires a proactive individual capable of identifying potential regulatory or reputational risks and escalating findings to the Country Manager as necessary.
- Monitor competitors, user behaviour, local trends, and relevant ecosystem updates for the assigned GEO.
- Prepare structured research inputs, tracking reports, and basic recommendations for internal teams.
- Support local relevance checks for campaigns, content, and market-facing materials.
- Identify and frame regulatory, reputational, competitive, or partnership risks early.
- Coordinate repetitive or support-related requests with shared testers when required.
- Escalate important findings, blockers, or uncertainties to a Country Manager.
- Building a useful local network of affiliates, partners, PSPs, and market contacts.
- Experience in iGaming with a specific GEO (EC) / market (LATAM) (required).
- A thorough understanding of the market: competitors, communities, local channels, and audience characteristics (required).
- Experience in affiliate, marketing, operations, project management, or related fields (required).
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team (required).
- ESP & ENG speaker (ru will be a plus) (required).
- Actual residence in Ecuador (required).
