SEO Specialist
The SEO Specialist role is for an individual with proven hands-on experience in increasing organic traffic and revenue. This position requires mandatory experience in the iGaming industry and the ability to launch websites from scratch and grow mono-brand websites or brand-focused SEO projects.
The role involves strong technical SEO expertise, particularly in building and scaling multi-site SEO architectures. A deep understanding of branded keyword research and identifying new opportunities for launching SEO clusters is essential. The specialist will also need proven experience with link building for mono-brand or mono-cluster projects and a strong understanding of the affiliate marketing funnel and business metrics beyond traditional SEO KPIs.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, autonomy, and a strong focus on business outcomes is expected. Demonstrated success in rapidly scaling SEO projects in highly competitive or gray-hat industries, as well as experience building SEO processes, mentoring teams, or leading an SEO function, will be advantageous.
- Research branded search opportunities and identify new niches for launching and scaling mono-brand websites and SEO clusters.
- Analyze competitors to uncover growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Own and grow dedicated mono-brand websites or SEO clusters as independent products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, and off-page SEO and link building.
- Design, launch, and evaluate SEO experiments, test hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives.
- Take full ownership of business performance, focusing on revenue growth and long-term project success.
- Proven hands-on 2+ years SEO experience with successful cases of increasing organic traffic and revenue (required).
- Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry (required).
- Experience launching websites from scratch and growing mono-brand websites or brand-focused SEO projects (required).
- Strong technical SEO expertise, particularly in building and scaling multi-site SEO architectures (required).
