SEO Specialist
Pin-Up Global is looking for an SEO Specialist to join their team. This role involves the independent development and execution of SEO strategies to drive project growth and performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project work plans, overseeing SEO performance, and coordinating with various internal teams including content, linkbuilding, and development. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of making data-driven decisions to optimise budget allocation and achieve maximum return on investment.
- Independent development and approval of SEO project strategies
- Creating SEO work plans
- Identifying and implementing key growth opportunities for the project
- Defining priority directions for project development
- Making strategic decisions based on data analysis
- Preparing monthly reports
- Project budget control
- Optimising budget allocation for maximum ROI
- Full oversight of projects and their SEO performance
- Quality control of task execution by content, linkbuilding, and development teams
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines and priorities
- Managing project risks
- Identifying project growth opportunities and scaling successful use cases
- Forecasting traffic growth and other performance metrics
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the SEO strategy
- Searching for and testing hypotheses
- Collaboration with the content team
- Collaboration with the linkbuilding team

- Mentoring
- SEO expertise (minimum 4 years of commercial experience) (required)
