SEO Specialist
The SEO Specialist role involves developing and implementing comprehensive website promotion strategies to drive growth. The successful candidate will work within a multicultural team to manage technical SEO, link building, and content optimisation while ensuring key performance indicators are met. This position requires a deep understanding of search algorithms and the ability to analyse complex data to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Launch new projects.
- Develop and implement website promotion strategies, including setting KPIs and ensuring their achievement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the niche, competitors, and target audience.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimisation (technical SEO, link building, content optimisation).
- Prepare technical specifications for developers, copywriters, link builders, and other team members.
- Implement and optimise monitoring and reporting processes for key metrics (traffic, conversions, rankings).
- Continuously work on improving performance and identifying new growth opportunities.
- At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience (required).
- Proven track record of promoting projects in highly competitive niches in Western markets (required).
- Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct deep competitor analysis and draw actionable conclusions (required).
- Solid understanding of Google search algorithms and ranking principles (required).
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others (required).
- Experience handling large datasets in Google Sheets (required).
- Experience working with large, multi-page projects (e-commerce, marketplaces, content portals) (required).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for quick issue diagnostics and interaction with developers (required).
- Knowledge of content marketing and the ability to develop SEO-driven content strategies (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in gambling (casino, betting) (required).
- Experience in a product company from 1 year (required).
- Understanding of iGaming product specifics (required).
- English level B2+ (able to analyse English-language sources, documentation, and communicate with international partners) (required).
- Proven cases of successfully recovering websites from Google penalties or filters (required).
