Team Lead SEO
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Team Lead SEO to join its fast-growing business group. This role involves building and leading an SEO team, establishing effective workflows, and owning the SEO strategy across a diverse portfolio of gambling satellites, cross-brand properties, and product mirrors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing competitors, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling casino and gambling satellite properties. This position requires a professional who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, maintain calm under pressure, and lead with empathy to foster team growth.
- Build and lead the SEO team: hiring, onboarding, roles, workload, performance management.
- Establish team workflows: planning, task management, quality checks before launch, reporting.
- Own SEO strategy across the portfolio: gambling satellites, cross-brand properties, product mirrors.
- Analyze competitors and find growth opportunities by project, brand, and market.
- Launch and scale casino and gambling satellite properties: structure, pages, search visibility, analytics, go-live.
- Build reporting by project, brand, and geo.
- 4+ years in SEO, including complex websites and multi-property setups (required)
- 2+ years leading an SEO team (3+ people) (required)
- 2+ years in iGaming SEO (casino/sports betting) (required)
- Proven impact on organic FTDs/registrations and revenue across multiple projects or domains (required)
- Strong SEO skills in high-competition, fast-release environments (required)
- Experience prioritizing and delivering SEO across a portfolio (required)
- Ability to define SEO specs, acceptance criteria, and release QA checklists (required)
- Strong command of audit and analysis tools (required)
- Solid understanding of iGaming funnels and metrics (required)
- Experience working in product development cycles (required)
- Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical people, listens actively, and builds trust across teams (required)
- Stays calm and adaptable under pressure in a fast-changing, high-competition environment (required)
- Leads with empathy, gives honest feedback, resolves conflicts constructively, and helps the team grow (required)
- Understanding of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (reading code, SEO impact assessment) (required)
