FeedConstruct is searching for a Head of Marketing. This role involves leading the strategic vision and execution of all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with FeedConstruct’s growth objectives and business goals.

The position requires developing and driving innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential campaigns. The Head of Marketing will direct and elevate a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities include shaping and overseeing the brand’s narrative and positioning, establishing clear performance metrics and KPIs, and continually optimising strategies to maximise ROI. Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is essential to integrate marketing with sales, product development, and corporate strategy. The role also involves managing a significant marketing budget effectively and overseeing the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns with a focus on driving engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring comprehensive digital, traditional, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Direct and elevate a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and continuous professional development.
  • Shape and oversee the brand’s narrative and positioning, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all communication and marketing efforts.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the marketing department, continually optimizing strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate marketing with sales, product development, and corporate strategy.
  • Manage a significant marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to drive high-impact initiatives while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to implementation, with a focus on driving engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and market leadership.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the competitive curve.
  • Represent the marketing department in executive-level meetings, providing insights and strategic recommendations to influence key decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain key external partnerships with media, agencies, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify the brand’s market presence.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally within iGaming and sports, technology, e-commerce, or related sectors (required).
  • Proven success in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand equity, lead generation, and customer engagement (required).
  • Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles in IGaming and Sports, with a deep understanding of both strategic and tactical aspects of marketing (required).
  • Expert knowledge of IGaming and Sports, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and integrated multi-channel marketing (required).
  • Fluency in both Armenian and English (spoken and written) (required).
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus (nice-to-have).
  • Exceptional team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals (required).
  • Analytical mindset with a strong command of marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking to optimize campaign effectiveness (required).
  • Creative visionary with the ability to develop innovative strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth (required).
  • Proven ability to navigate complex marketing ecosystems, balancing both high-level strategy and day-to-day tactical execution (required).
  • Strategic thinker with experience in scaling marketing functions, building brand equity, and leading transformational initiatives (required).
