Description

Pascal Gaming is looking for a new B2B Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role involves leading B2B marketing initiatives to support sales goals and enhance lead generation processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing funnels, coordinating industry events, and executing digital campaigns across various platforms. The role requires a strategic approach to content creation, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize B2B marketing funnels to consistently generate qualified leads.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to improve MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rates.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing activities including exclusive events, business trips, hospitality activities, and participation in major regional exhibitions.
  • Manage and optimize performance across platforms such as Zoho, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other essential marketing tools.
  • Create engaging content and analyze industry trends while monitoring campaign metrics to measure and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to build relationships with key commercial partners and enhance overall marketing impact.
  • Coordinate PR activities and manage official postings on industry review websites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or sales management (required).
  • Prior experience in the iGaming or gaming industry (nice-to-have).
  • Proven experience in marketing or sales, specifically within professional B2B environments (required).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), digital marketing tools, and data analysis (required).
  • Ability to think strategically to solve complex sales problems and align with long-term commercial objectives (required).
  • Strong communication skills with the agility to adapt to fast-paced industry shifts (required).
  • Fluency in English is required for international partner communication and global campaign management (required).
  • Ability to align creative marketing with hard sales targets (required).
  • Building strong internal bridges between Marketing and Sales departments (required).
  • Taking full ownership of the lead lifecycle from generation to conversion (required).
