Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst with a strong process optimisation and BPM focus to join our team. This role combines business analysis, process modelling, and emerging technology (including AI) to drive end-to-end business improvement. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, leveraging BPMN methodologies, process tools, and data insights to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Analyse, and document business requirements across multiple functions and geographies
- Map and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards
- Use BPM tools such as BusinessOptix or SAP Signavio to design, analyse, and optimise processes
- Conduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and data-driven solutions
- Support the identification and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities (e.g. process automation, decision support, predictive analytics)
- Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics
- Maintain process documentation, governance standards, and repositories
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement roles (required)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement (required)
- Hands-on experience with process modelling using BPMN 2.0 (required)
- Experience using BPM / process tools (e.g. Signavio, BusinessOptix, or similar) (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (required)
- Experience working across business and technology teams (required)
- Exposure to AI / Machine Learning use cases and projects (preferred)
- Experience with process automation (RPA, workflow tools, etc.) (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks (preferred)
- Understanding of data analysis, dashboards, or BI tools (preferred)
