The analyst will work closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Legal & Compliance teams to ensure programmes are clearly scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered with the right level of quality and stakeholder confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Own scoping from intake through sign-off, translating regulatory, technical and business inputs into clear requirements - from high-level planning through to detailed specifications for backlog shaping.

  • Develop strong working relationships across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Legal, Security, AML and Technical Compliance teams.
  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders and communicate progress, priorities and outcomes effectively.
  • Keep workstreams aligned and coordinated, escalating risks and blockers as needed.
  • Align programme work with the organisation's broader strategic direction.
  • Build deep knowledge of our platforms and products to identify scope gaps and define scope for new market launches and programmes.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in a business, programme or analyst role within a regulated industry (required).
  • Strong familiarity with sports betting and gaming regulations, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly (required).
  • Proven ability to turn regulatory and technical requirements alongside business needs into clear, actionable scope and documentation (required).
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from inside and outside the organisation (required).
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (required).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills (required).
  • Strong time-management and organisational abilities, comfortable handling multiple workstreams and programmes at once (required).
  • Proficiency in English, written and verbal (required).
  • Experience with platform migrations, market entries, or other complex, multi-workstream technical programmes (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with Jira and/or Notion (nice-to-have).
  • Experience developing visual processes (e.g. process mapping) (nice-to-have).
  • Experience managing scope boundaries and change control (nice-to-have).
  • Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies (nice-to-have).
  • Experience contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency (nice-to-have).
Benefits

  • Open Annual Leave
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Training & Learning Development
  • Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
