This includes aligning them with strategic goals, optimising resource allocation, monitoring performance, and managing risk to ensure the portfolio delivers maximum value.

The role also requires a hands-on approach, with the expectation that the individual will step into project management, business analysis, change management, or stakeholder engagement responsibilities as needed to achieve the right outcomes for Finance's internal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assume a hands-on project management role to oversee business process reengineering and digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify process pain points and define requirements for transformation initiatives.
  • Lead change management activity by communicating the transformation vision, supporting employee training, and managing resistance to change.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
