Senior Sports Quantitative Analyst
Superbet is on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As the company grows across Europe and Latin America, it is building The Playstack, the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. The Quant team is responsible for developing the models and tools required for trading a wide range of sports. The aim is to provide the best betting experience to current and future customers as the business expands globally. This means producing prices for the full range of markets, same-game accumulators, 100% betting availability, and 100% cash out.
As a Senior Quant, this role plays a big part in driving that process. It involves bringing industry experience to Player Prop pricing, solving the related contingencies required for same-game accumulators, maximising uptime, and contributing ideas about products and best-in-class modelling methodologies.
- Develop mathematical and statistical models which will price the core and derivative markets for those Sports.
- Produce related contingency modelling solutions.
- Provide performance analysis through backtesting and optimising model output.
- Collect and analyse market data in order to aid model development.
- Create and price new products to supplement existing markets/sports.
- Build trader tooling in order to maximise the efficiency of the trading operation.
- Collaborate with engineering resources to enable seamless integration of any provided solutions.
- Has experience delivering in-house models within the betting industry (required).
- Can help produce market-leading bet builder / same game acca solutions across multiple sports (required).
- Would like to guide proprietary modelling of non-core markets (required).
- Has experience dealing with large data sets and feeds (required).
- Wants to become a key part of a fast-growing Quant team and company (required).
- Has excellent communication skills, able to understand and translate complex technical information to others (required).
- Feels comfortable collaborating with various teams (required).

- Experience in American Sports modelling (nice-to-have).
