Technical Compliance Analyst
SuperBet is seeking a highly motivated Technical Compliance Analyst. This role is ideally suited for Business Analysts with a strong focus on online gaming regulatory compliance.
The Technical Compliance Analyst will be a critical link between regulatory requirements and technical execution, working to ensure all company operations adhere to industry standards and legal mandates.
In this role, the Technical Compliance Analyst will work closely with Business Analysts and development teams to translate complex regulatory documentation into actionable compliance requirements. The role requires managing stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical teams whilst maintaining the highest standards of attention to detail.
- Meticulously analyse regulatory documentation.
- Build clear and comprehensive compliance requirements, including prioritisation to enable development teams to build required functionalities.
- Manage scope and expectations across diverse stakeholders, including internal and external, technical and non-technical teams.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently while managing time effectively and prioritising tasks.
- 2+ years proven background in a business, technical, or compliance analyst function (required).
- Demonstrated ability to meticulously analyse regulatory documentation (required).
- Ability to build clear and comprehensive compliance requirements, including prioritisation (required).
- Exceptional capability in managing scope and expectations across diverse stakeholders, including internal and external, technical and non-technical teams (required).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (required).
- Strong analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills (required).
- High level of organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and successfully oversee multiple projects concurrently (required).
- Functional knowledge of the online gaming sector (1 year+) (required).
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) (required).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro) (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with project and issue tracking software, specifically Jira and/or Notion (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish (nice-to-have).
