- Lead the ideation and development of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, retail and performance channels.
- Translate business objectives, audience insight and market trends into compelling campaign concepts.
- Use AI tools to research, prototype and visualise ideas, producing engaging pitch materials and concept mock-ups.
- Create multi-format concept explorations including mood films, storyboards, animation tests and video prototypes.
- Own campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency, quality and creative excellence.
- Present creative ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and commercial rationale.
- Direct and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear briefs, feedback and creative leadership.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity, compliance requirements and quality standards.
- Proven experience in a Creative Lead, Senior Art Director or similar role delivering integrated campaigns (required).
- Portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign work across digital, social, video and advertising (required).
- Ability to turn marketing objectives into innovative, audience-focused creative ideas (required).
- Experience using AI tools for concept development, visualisation and creative prototyping (required).
