Creative Production Designer

Description

evoke is building a next-generation, AI-first creative studio designed for speed, scale and creative excellence. As a Creative Production Designer (AI-Enabled), you’ll play a vital role in transforming campaign ideas into high-volume, production-ready assets-delivered across channels, formats and markets with precision and consistency.

This is not a traditional artworker role. You’ll combine creative production expertise with AI-powered workflows and automation tools to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining exceptional design quality. If you enjoy creating at scale, thrive in fast-paced production environments and are excited by the possibilities of AI in creative workflows, join evoke and help redefine modern campaign production.

Responsibilities
  • Produce and adapt campaign assets across formats including social, digital, display, video, motion and web placements.
  • Translate master creative assets into high-quality executions aligned with campaign direction and brand guidelines.
  • Use AI tools and automation workflows to generate, adapt and scale creative assets efficiently.
  • Prepare and optimise assets for different platforms, formats and performance requirements.
  • Create multiple variations for A/B testing, performance marketing and campaign optimisation.
  • Localise and version assets for different markets, audiences and languages.
  • Ensure all outputs are production-ready, technically accurate and compliant with brand standards.
  • Support efficient campaign rollout by working within structured workflows and scalable production systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in production design, digital design or artwork roles within a creative or marketing environment (required).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma (required).
  • Experience producing assets across multiple formats, including digital, video and motion (required).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and the ability to apply them within production workflows (required).
Benefits
  • Industry-leading maternity and paternity leave and paid time off if you have caring responsibilities.
  • Discounts at a range of high-street retailers.
  • Competitive salary, pension, and bonus schemes.
  • Health and wellbeing tools and services, including support with mental health and financial education.
  • Access to gym discounts and our cycle to work scheme.
  • Hybrid working: Employees can work from home up to 80% of the time with 20% of office time built in.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits or a cash alternative.
  • Pension package, income protection and life assurance.
