Product Manager
evoke is seeking a visionary and driven Product Manager based in Leeds to define and execute the product strategy for the Sports & Retail team. - Defining and driving the overall product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a strong understanding of marketplace and wider industry trends.
- Prioritising product initiatives and maintaining a long-term roadmap that delivers measurable business value.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to gather input, align on goals, and communicate product direction.
- Managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to development and go-to-market.
- Leading the assessment of product performance and defining key success metrics for ongoing optimisation.
- Working closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure successful execution of the product vision.
- Identifying and mitigating issues, ensuring smooth product development and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- In-depth Product Management experience, with a proven track record of defining product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision (required).
- Experience building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leveraging excellent communication and influencing skills to drive alignment and successful outcomes (required).
- A strategic and data-driven mindset to define product success metrics, assess performance, and make informed decisions that deliver measurable business value (required).
- Experience leading and navigating complex product environments, proactively managing issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth product development and delivery (required).
- Experience in Sports & Retail or the betting industry (nice-to-have).
