Traffic Manager
At evoke, we’re building a next-generation, AI-first creative studio designed for speed, scale and creative impact. As a Traffic Manager, you’ll play a central role in keeping the studio running efficiently - ensuring projects flow seamlessly from briefing through to delivery.
Working across multiple creative pods, you’ll balance priorities, manage workloads and maintain visibility of every project to support consistent, high-quality output. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where operational thinking meets creativity. You’ll work closely with Creative Leads, Producers and Studio leadership to remove bottlenecks, optimise workflows and enable teams to deliver their best work. - Manage the intake, scheduling and tracking of creative projects across the studio, ensuring smooth progression from brief to delivery.
- Assign work across creative pods based on priorities, timelines and team capacity.
- Maintain clear visibility of all projects in progress, providing updates on status, timelines and potential risks.
- Monitor workloads and balance resources across teams to support efficient delivery and avoid bottlenecks.
- Identify and resolve workflow challenges, ensuring projects move effectively through each stage of production.
- Coordinate delivery timelines, working closely with Creative Producers to prioritise urgent work and campaign launches.
- Support the development of structured workflows and processes that enable scalable, predictable production output.
- Collaborate with Creative Leads and Studio leadership to align team capacity with business needs and campaign demands.
- Experience as a Traffic Manager, Workflow Manager, Production Coordinator or similar within a creative or marketing environment (required).
- Experience managing project workflows and scheduling across multiple campaigns and teams (required).
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments (required).
- Understanding of creative production processes, with the ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (required).
