Treasury Administrator
Here at evoke plc, the company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the administration within its Treasury Department. The role involves collecting and validating supporting documentation, completing required forms, coordinating approvals and signatures, and maintaining an accurate tracker of outstanding actions.
Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and relationship banks, the Treasury Administrator will help ensure all banking-related activities are completed efficiently and within required timeframes. This role also offers an opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury operations by identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify existing processes.
- Administering KYC and bank mandate processes, including collecting supporting documentation, completing forms, and obtaining signatures.
- Maintaining a consolidated tracker of open items.
- Liaising with relevant teams at relationship banks.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes, and implementing necessary improvements.
- Leveraging existing platforms and tools to automate routine tasks.
- Updating and maintaining internal procedures relating to bank account openings and closures, while ensuring that the Master Bank Account List and associated Treasury records and trackers are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Supporting audit requests and acting as the main point of contact between auditors and internal stakeholders, coordinating the timely provision of required information and supporting documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, committed to delivering tasks and projects accurately and on time (required).
- Ability to manage changing priorities, learn quickly and adopt new technologies and applications with confidence (required).
- Experience of automation of PDF form filling (required).
- A passion to grow and develop within the role and wider Finance function, demonstrating a positive attitude towards continuous learning (required).
- Ability to attend the central London office 2-3 days per week to manage physical paperwork (required).
