Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Softconstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing financial guidance and driving the financial health and growth of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its overall objectives and goals
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support the organization's operations and investment activities. Develop strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity
- Capital Management: Oversee capital allocation decisions, including investments, financing, and capital structure optimization. Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability and strategic fit
- Relationship Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Coordinate audits and examinations by external auditors and regulatory agencies
- Financial Operations: Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Leadership & Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop talent and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position in Accounting, Finance
- Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiar with ArmSoft Enterprise
- ACCA or other relevant membership is preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of driving results and leading change initiatives
- High integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to transparency and accountability
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication, and Russian is also needed
