Senior Flutter Developer / VBET

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement clean, efficient, and scalable UI/UX
- Participate in architecture and feature design discussions
- Write maintainable, testable, and performant code following clean architecture and functional programming principles
- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and real-time synchronization layers
- Ensure smooth deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and optimize app performance
- Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical planning sessions
- Contribute to internal documentation and reusable component libraries
- Design modular and extensible architectures (e.g. DDD, CQRS, ECS, or layered architectures)
- Implement local-first data sync, offline-first strategies, and state management patterns
- Mentor other developers and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Participate in performance monitoring, debugging, and release management
- Contribute to the evolution of the development stack and coding standards
- 4–5 years of professional experience with Flutter and Null Safe Dart 3
- Strong knowledge of state management: Riverpod, Signals, or Hooks
- Solid understanding of the mobile software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with iOS/Android plugin architecture for Flutter
- Proven ability in performance testing and optimization
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for mobile (semantic release, automated builds)
- Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, gRPC APIs
- Experience with WebSockets / Subscriptions
- Writing maintainable unit tests and integration tests
- Experience in localization and publishing apps to App Store / Google Play
