Workday System Administrator (Implementation & Operations)

- Act as a key internal resource during the Architect, Configure, and Test phases, assisting the Integrator with data migration, business process mapping, and environment setup
- Take over the course of implementation, direct responsibility for "small to medium" configuration tasks, including updating business processes (BPs) and creating custom organizations
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying "bug density" issues and working with the technical team to resolve blockers before go-live
- Design and maintain core HCM reports and baseline dashboards to provide real-time insights into our global workforce
- Manage the "Sandbox" and "Implementation" tenants, ensuring data integrity and testing new features
- Bridge the gap between the Integrator and our internal teams, creating documentation and providing "on-the-go" training to ensure a smooth handover
- At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM
- Experience with Compensation, Talent, or Payroll modules is a big advantage, and other complex systems implementation and support is preferred
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Good understanding of the Workday implementation process
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Russian/Armenian is preferred
- Highly preferred (HCM Core, Reporting, or Platform Administrator)
- Experience with multi-country rollouts, particularly in the Caucasus, LATAM, and Europe
- Agile and Adaptive in a high-growth environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Open to relocating to Yerevan, Armenia
