People Executive Lead

Description

The People Executive Lead will lead a team of HR Executives, ensuring seamless HR operations, accurate employee data, and consistent application of HR processes. In this role, you will guide a team of HR Executives and serve as a key point of contact for HR operational matters, helping ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in HR processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of HR operations in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of HR Executives, allocating work, monitoring performance, and coaching for continuous development.
  • Oversee HR administration, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, leave management, contract management and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Manage HRIS data, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with reporting requirements.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Identify gaps in HR operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and automate repetitive tasks where possible.
  • Act as a point of escalation for HR operational issues within the role’s remit, resolving employee queries and supporting management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labour laws across all HR administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, including Centre of Excellences and HR Business Partners, to provide cohesive HR support to the organization.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide relevant information and insights to HR Business Partners to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support organizational initiatives by contributing HR operational expertise to projects, system implementations, or process redesigns.
  • Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure continuity and adherence to best practices.
  • Support internal and external HR audits by ensuring records are complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Promote a positive employee experience by addressing HR inquiries promptly, facilitating smooth HR processes, and supporting initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stay up to date with HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure the HR operations function remains current and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership or team management role.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and local labour laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
