Customer Care B2C Support
Flutter International is looking for part-time Customer Representatives to work in the call centre of Sisal, a global company founded in Italy in 1945, based in Turkey. The role involves managing customer requests across multiple channels while ensuring high-quality service and accurate information delivery.
Successful candidates will be responsible for driving campaign participation through outbound calls and managing customer interactions with a focus on satisfaction. This position is offered on a fixed-term, part-time basis for 27 hours per week.
- Answering requests coming to the call centre through multiple channels in accordance with predetermined standards.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate information transfer and quality service.
- Increasing campaign participation rates by explaining campaign conditions to customers via outbound calls.
- Managing and directing outbound calls effectively while keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
- Graduation from at least a 2-year university programme (required).
- Ability to work in a shift pattern (required).
- Ability to work remotely (required).
- Clear diction and strong communication skills (required).
- Attention to Turkish speaking and writing rules (required).
- Computer literacy (required).
