Associate Trading Operations Executive
Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Trading Operations Executive to join its dynamic trading team. This role supports the company's major Sportsbook and Exchange products across its brands, ensuring smooth operations from market creation to issue resolution. The position involves making real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance while working across various product verticals.
Successful candidates will collaborate with departments such as Tech, Trading, Commercial, and Product to drive operational improvements. The role offers comprehensive training and provides exposure to analytics, product management, and leadership, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a high-performing environment.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook and Exchange products for the three UKI brands, from market creation right through to issue resolution.
- Make quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Drive operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture with the opportunity to work across product verticals and gain exposure to all Flutter’s key products.
- Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative and exciting betting experience to over 1 million customers.
- Be a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Liquidity and Premium, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Take full end to end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
