Operations Executive

Description

Flutter UK & Ireland is looking for two Operations Executives to join the Rafflee Team. Rafflee is a raffle competition business that gives UK customers the chance to win amazing prizes whilst contributing to phenomenal causes. Rafflee operates as a standalone business within Flutter, allowing it to stay agile whilst significantly benefiting from Flutter’s overall scale, investment and expertise.

This high impact role will support the day-to-day operations of Rafflee. Flutter UK & Ireland is looking for driven, entrepreneurial individuals that have high standards, a strong desire to help build a market-leading business and can operate within often ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day customer support for Rafflee.
  • Solve and respond to customer queries, questions and complaints across email and social media channels.
  • Contact prize winners to notify them of their win via email and phone.
  • Coordinate with prize fulfilment teams and suppliers to ensure all prizes are delivered quickly to winners.
  • Upload and update prizes and competition content on our site, including setting ticket pricing, adding description text, terms & conditions and uploading imagery.
  • Ensure competitions are set to start and end in line with a central competition planner.
  • Issue tickets to customers entering competitions by post.
  • Support with content ideas and creation for our social media profiles.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills – Excellent literacy and interpersonal skills, both in spoken and written English (required).
  • Ability to confidently communicate with both internal and external partners (required).
  • High standards & attention to detail (required).
  • A strong desire to provide best-in-class experience to our customers (required).
  • An entrepreneurial mentality & is happy working in a fast-paced environment (required).
