Senior Account Executive, Sweepstakes
Genius Sports is hiring a Senior Account Executive to join its fast-growing sweepstakes casino segment. This role will partner with the world’s biggest brands and impact millions of customers across 40+ US states.
As a Senior AE, the individual will drive business growth, optimise advertising partnerships, and serve as a key commercial bridge across internal and external teams. The role requires a commercially-minded relationship builder with deep roots in the iGaming and affiliate landscape.
- Proactively identify and secure new affiliate advertising partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to nurture and scale partner relationships.
- Manage existing partner portfolios, monitor conversions, and refine advertising agreements to maximise revenue.
- Evaluate incoming advertising inquiries to capture new business opportunities.
- Align with Tech, Conversion, Marketing, and Content teams to deploy high-performing advertising campaigns.
- Work with internal squads to lead commercial initiatives and share strategic market insights.
- Oversee on-site content updates and pitch continuous commercial improvements.
- Resolve regulatory compliance issues and collaborate with Finance to track invoices and secure timely payments.
- Generate comprehensive performance and earnings reports for senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience working within an online gambling affiliate or operator environment (required).
- Ability to extract actionable insights from affiliate platform performance metrics (required).
- Strong framework for prioritising tasks based on current value and future revenue potential (required).
- An extensive, active network of established operator relationships (required).
- Deep understanding of the affiliate route to market, including revenue levers and commercial models that drive mutual value (required).
- Annualised salary of $130,000 - $160,000 plus variable compensation.
