Project Manager (Design) II
The Project Manager II (Design) leads the planning and execution of assigned projects and programmes, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations. The role coordinates cross-functional resources, manages risks and dependencies, and delivers technology-driven solutions that enhance customer outcomes.
This position requires an individual who can manage the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through implementation. The role involves significant collaboration across various departments to ensure that project goals are met while maintaining high standards of documentation and governance.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through implementation.
- Coordinate installation and deployment activities including enterprise software, system integration, and consulting engagements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including scope, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development.
- Monitor and report on project performance including progress, resources, schedules, risks, and metrics.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.
- Serve as escalation point and provide troubleshooting support.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders and teams.
- Mediate conflicting priorities across teams.
- Continuously review performance and implement improvements.
- Adhere to PMO SOPs and provide feedback to improve documentation and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required).
- 1–2 years of experience in project management or related role (required).
- Strong understanding of project management methods and tools (required).
- Analytical problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (required).
- Experience with enterprise technology implementations (required).
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio (required).
- Clarity (PPM) and Salesforce (preferred).
- OneNote experience (nice-to-have).
