Technical Artist I
At IGT, a Technical Artist is sought to bridge the gap between art and technology, ensuring the seamless integration of visual elements into games.
This role involves collaborating closely with art and programming teams to bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical implementation. The Technical Artist will create and maintain technical PSD files for implementation, lead and develop technical tool projects for a game, and support artists and engineers in the art pipeline. Additionally, the role requires profiling and optimising game assets for memory and performance gains while maintaining high standards for user experience.

- Creating and maintaining technical PSD files for implementation.
- Leading and developing technical tool projects for a game.
- Supporting artists and engineers in the art pipeline.
- Profiling and optimising game assets for memory and performance gains while maintaining high standards for user experience.
- Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Belgrade, Serbia (required)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative package with a strong focus on Photoshop and After Effects (required)
- Proficiency in Spine or any 3D software, preferably Blender and Maya (required)
- Experience working with game engines, especially Unity (required)
- Previous experience in the gaming industry (nice-to-have)
- Commercial artist experience (nice-to-have)
