Description

Immense Group is seeking a CRM Executive to join their team. The role involves coordinating and executing CRM projects and campaigns, acting as the point of contact for all stakeholders, and ensuring quality is delivered across all levels.

The CRM Executive will assist the CRM Team with day-to-day tasks and coordinate CRM projects and activities. They will also coordinate, set up, and deliver all CRM campaigns, AB Tests, and automated programmes. The role requires ensuring quality across all levels, including translations, content, artwork, bonuses, newsletters, and landing pages. Additionally, the CRM Executive will handle lists and ensure correct segmentation as per requests, liaise with the Customer Service department for smooth campaign running, provide campaign monitoring and evaluation, create and distribute customer surveys, compile and provide feedback on CRM Tools, and liaise with the design and content team for timely campaign delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the CRM Team with day-to-day tasks and coordinate CRM projects and activities as requested.
  • Coordinate, set up and deliver all CRM campaigns, AB Tests, and automated programs.
  • Execute and deliver campaigns for different languages across multiple channels including but not limited to newsletters, direct mail and SMS’s.
  • Ensure quality across all levels including but not limited to: translations, content, artwork, bonuses, newsletters and landing pages.
  • Handle lists and ensure correct segmentation as per requests.
  • Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of CRM Executive.
  • Liaise and communicate with the Customer Service department to ensure smooth running of campaigns from start to finish.
  • Provide campaign monitoring and evaluation including customer support feedback.
  • Create and distribute customer surveys.
  • Compile and provide feedback on CRM Tools.
  • Liaise with the design and content team to ensure delivery of campaigns, successfully and on time.
Requirements
  • Highly organized character with attention to detail as well as being able to work with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, performance measurement, and identifying optimization opportunities (required).
  • Ability to use MS Office to generate and present reports (required).
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (required).
  • Fluency in other languages is a bonus (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of marketing & product lifecycle is considered an asset (preferred).
  • Experience using HTML code for emails marketing is a plus (nice-to-have).
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems is essential (required).
  • Experience using Optimove is a plus (nice-to-have).
