Product Partner Manager
The Product Partner Manager role is situated within the Partner Success Department at Kambi. The primary objective of this position is to ensure that Kambi partners receive excellent service while supporting their growth through a consultative approach. The successful individual will join a global team made up of around 30 professionals and will report into the Head of Product Partner Management.
As a Product Partner Manager, the day-to-day work involves acting as a key communicator between Kambi and its partners in regards to product development and partner empowerment. This includes handling partners' product and feature priorities towards Kambi, and working collaboratively across Kambi, particularly with the product, design, and development teams. The role also involves supporting partners' product strategies and aligning them with Kambi's, as well as providing product and tech support, including troubleshooting, advice, and solutions. Management and tracking of product commitments are also key, with a focus on providing proactive visibility and effective communication of delivery targets, commitments, and progress.
- Working as a key communicator between Kambi and our partners in regards to product development and partner empowerment.

- Supporting our partners’ product strategies and aligning with these with Kambi’s.
- Providing product and tech support – troubleshooting, providing advice and solutions.
- Management and tracking of product commitments.
- Providing proactive visibility and effective communication of delivery targets, commitments and progress.
- Have experience within technical account management, technical delivery management or product development (required).
- Have a good understanding of APIs (required).
- Have knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and basic technical trouble shooting (required).
- Are an excellent communicator (required).
