Legend is hiring a Data Operations Executive - reporting directly to our Commercial Data Operations Lead. - Manage and maintain the Deal Center to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient data management.
- Oversee data quality, accuracy, and coverage to ensure trustworthy commercial data.
- Perform manual data entries and updates to support weekly commercial calculations.
- Proactively identify and correct data discrepancies before they impact business decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc QA tests and implement a comprehensive data validation strategy.
- Ensure consistency of data across multiple platforms and systems.
- Partner with product teams to build tools that improve data visibility and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to refine and enhance data-related processes.
- Play a pivotal role in enabling timely, informed commercial decisions throughout the organization.
- Proven experience in managing, organizing, and interpreting data to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and internal data tools-training available if needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
