Senior Talent Partner
Legend is looking for a Senior Talent Partner who loves the chase and gets results. This individual will know the gaming talent market inside out, understand where the best people are, and how to bring them in.
The role involves carrying a live portfolio of at least 10 roles at any one time and closing at least four a month, across senior, specialist and hard-to-fill searches. The Senior Talent Partner will partner with senior leaders, challenge thinking that narrows the market, and keep every search moving.
Legend wants someone who brings fresh thinking, uses AI and a modern ATS to work smarter, and helps shape how Talent works at Legend as the company grows. For the right person, this role has room to grow into something bigger.
- Run a live portfolio of 10+ roles, closing at least four a month without lowering the hiring bar.
- Own every search end to end, from intake to accepted offer.
- Build a clear plan for each role from day one and keep momentum through to close.
- Use funnel data to spot blockers early, make decisions and keep searches moving.
- Set clear expectations with hiring managers and hold yourself and them to account.
- Use your gaming and iGaming network to reach people who aren't looking, and know when to go wide and when to go deep.
- Map markets across locations, competitors and adjacent sectors, and build pipelines for future needs, not just today's vacancies.
- Write outreach that stands out and gets replies from people who ignore most recruiters.
- Use market and pay insight to challenge assumptions about where talent sits and what it costs.
- Build relationships with great people long before there's a role for them.
- Use AI across the hiring process, from research, mapping and sourcing to outreach, interview design and reporting.
- Get the most from our ATS and automation to cut out low-value admin.
- Test new tools, channels and attraction ideas, measure what works and scale it.
- Lead intake conversations that pin down the real need, what success looks like and the right hiring bar.
- Advise senior leaders using market evidence and data, and push back when a brief limits the market.
- Design focused assessment that tests what actually matters for the role.
- Give every candidate a fast, honest and fair experience.
- A strong track record as a high-performing recruiter in gaming, iGaming or a closely related sector, consistently delivering against a heavy req load. (required)
- A proven network in gaming, and the instinct to know where exceptional talent sits and how to win it. (required)
- Outstanding direct sourcing skills, with examples of hires others couldn't land. (required)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and a modern ATS to work faster and smarter. (required)
- Greenhouse experience is a plus. (nice-to-have)
- Credible, commercial relationships with senior stakeholders and the confidence to challenge them. (required)
