SERM Manager
Pin-Up Global is looking for a SERM Manager. This role focuses on managing brand reputation and engagement across various online platforms and forums.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive online presence for the company. This involves active participation in relevant discussions, content creation, and strategic analysis to ensure brand reputation is upheld.
- Create and warm up Reddit, Quora, and forum accounts.
- Develop accounts by building karma and reputation.
- Search for relevant discussions and participate in them.
- Write high-quality native comments and create new discussion threads.
- Develop and write scripts for forums, including communication structures, response scenarios, and user interaction approaches.
- Work with brand mentions and build a positive reputation.
- Analyze results and improve the strategy.
- Experience working with Reddit, Quora, or other forums (required).
- Understanding of the principles of safe account creation and warming (required).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required).
- Ability to write natural, non-promotional content (required).
- Understanding of SERM, ORM is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Experience with VPNs, proxies, anti-detect browsers, and browser profiles (required).
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work independently (required).
