Business Process Management Specialist
Creedroomz is seeking a talented Business Process Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising our company's processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Improve and develop new processes and workflows.
- Implement new processes and ensure a smooth transition.
- Create and update all process-related documentation.
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Possess knowledge of English and Armenian languages (B2-C1 level) (required).
- Be familiar with process development methodology (required).
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required).
- Demonstrate project management skills (required).
- Be proficient in MS Office and process mapping tools (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Process Management (required).
- Process analysis and design (required).
