Interior Designer
SoftConstruct is on the search for a new player to join its team as an Interior Designer.
The role involves planning and organising all aspects of interior design, including space layouts, lighting, colours, materials, and accessories based on client requirements.
The successful candidate will select materials, colours, and design elements, ensuring a cohesive and consistent architectural concept and style.
They will carry out the drafting process, including physical and digital modelling, as well as 3D visualisations when necessary for project approval.
The role also requires monitoring the project implementation process, ensuring that the work complies with the planned schedule and budget.
Coordination of all project documentation, including project calculations, procurement data, and the organisation of team activities is also a key part of the role.
Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the professional field to incorporate innovative solutions is expected.
Projects will be improved and adjusted according to client requirements by making necessary modifications.
Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labour code, will also be carried out.

- Carry out the drafting process, including physical and digital modelling, as well as 3D visualisations when necessary for project approval.
- Monitor the project implementation process, ensuring that the work complies with the planned schedule and budget.
- Coordinate all project documentation, including project calculations, procurement data, and the organisation of team activities.
- Follow the latest trends and technologies in the professional field to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Improve and adjust projects according to client requirements by making necessary modifications.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labour code.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of architecture or interior design (required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (required).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other professional software (required).
- Ability to work effectively in a team, coordinating with other designers, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure smooth project implementation (required).
- Attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of design elements and project execution (required).
- Organisational and time management skills (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and meet the supervisor’s requirements while maintaining professional relationships (required).
- Professional experience in executing interior design projects (required).
