Project Manager
SoftConstruct is on the search for a new player to join its team. The company is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Project Manager to join the team. In this high-impact role, the individual will coordinate and manage strategic and operational projects assigned by the Deputy CEO.
The ideal candidate needs to have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management or a related field, experience in cross-functional collaboration, project execution, and reporting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Coordinate and manage strategic and operational projects assigned by the Deputy CEO, ensuring their effective execution.
- Plan project objectives, milestones, and timelines, and monitor project progress.
- Track project implementation, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Coordinate collaboration between different departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Organise meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for the Deputy CEO.
- Support the Deputy CEO by providing necessary information and coordinating assigned initiatives.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or a related field (required).
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, project execution, and reporting (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Fluent in Armenian and English (required).
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) (required).
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (required).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders (required).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines (required).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion (required).
