- Deliver Salesforce Field Service assistance throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, ensuring smooth operations.
- Offer technical gaming knowledge, and support to the Service Administration team.
- Detect, document, and explore opportunities and problems within Salesforce Field Service.
- Generate and provide Salesforce reports to various business areas.
- Maintain and deliver comprehensive Salesforce training to users, ensuring they use the platform effectively.
- Proven Salesforce knowledge and experience, with a focus on Field Service.
- Sound knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with Electronic Gaming Machines is a plus.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement improvements.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of providing training and assistance to diverse teams.
