User Acquisition Manager
The User Acquisition Manager will play a meaningful role in crafting marketing strategies and driving user acquisition for mobile games. The successful candidate will design, build, lead, and optimise user acquisition campaigns for mobile games. They will manage media buying channels and conduct detailed performance analyses. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for flawless execution of marketing initiatives. Staying informed on industry changes and conducting competitive research will be key. Developing and analysing critical metrics to measure success is also a core responsibility. Providing creative copy suggestions and innovative advert ideas will help improve campaign performance. Accurate account housekeeping and ongoing performance monitoring are required. Expertise in measurement tools such as SKAN and Payback will be used to improve campaign efficiency.
- Design, build, lead, and optimise user acquisition (UA) campaigns for our mobile games.
- Manage media buying channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and DSPs, Brand, and re-targeting channels.
- Conduct detailed performance analyses and run A/B tests on creative and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisation to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry changes and conduct competitive research to find opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and analyse critical metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and innovative advert ideas to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure accurate account housekeeping and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Use your expertise in measurement tools such as SKAN and Payback to improve campaign efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition (required).
- Strong preference for gaming industry experience (preferred).
- Outstanding Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and calculated formulas (required).
- Experience working with measurement partners and tools (required).
- Highly analytical and self-motivated, with a data-driven approach and creative thinking (required).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously (required).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills (required).
