As our Junior Paid Social Specialist, you’ll play a key part to support the execution, testing, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their media buying career who has exposure to iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming verticals and is eager to develop performance marketing expertise. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with campaign setup and execution across paid social platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Support ad creative testing, audience testing, and budget pacing following predefined strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, issues, or opportunities
  • Compile and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Perform basic optimisations (e.g., pausing underperforming ads, adjusting budgets, refreshing creatives) under guidance
  • Ensure accurate tracking and tagging are in place (pixels, events, UTMs)
  • Collaborate with creative, tracking, and analytics teams to support campaign success
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, and paid social best practices
Requirements
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas (required)
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals (required)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work (required)
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments (required)
  • Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing (required)
  • Exposure to performance-driven verticals such as iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming (required)
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (required)
  • Basic understanding of key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR) (required)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail (required)
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools (required)
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred)
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-focused environments (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM) (preferred)
  • Exposure to international campaigns and multiple geographies (preferred)
  • Interest in growth marketing and paid user acquisition (preferred)
