Team Manager
EveryMatrix is looking for a Team Manager in Batumi, Georgia. This role focuses on coaching team members to achieve goals and develop necessary skills that get results. The Team Manager will identify team strengths and weaknesses, delegate tasks, and set clear team goals, evaluating progress to measure success.
Key responsibilities include preventing and resolving conflicts within the team, organizing team initiatives and meetings, and ensuring clear communication and accessibility of documents. The role also involves supervising and evaluating the performance of Game Presenters and Shufflers, distributing information and instructions regarding any changes or updates, and managing Game Presenter and shuffler teams, assigning them to re-training. Additionally, the Team Manager will assist in adjusting table rotation and leading pre-shift meetings.

- Distribute information and instructions to teams regarding any changes or updates.
- Manage Game Presenter, shuffler teams and assign them to re-training.
- Assist in adjusting table rotation and leading pre-shift meetings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the gaming industry (nice-to-have).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (required).
- Experience in the industry and relevant professional certifications (preferred).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Knowledge of Turkish language (nice-to-have).
