Human Resources Analyst
Evolution is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage affiliations, updates, and terminations with social security entities, ensuring compliance with current regulations. The role involves administering medical leave and absences, as well as consolidating and validating payroll updates to ensure accurate payments.
The selected professional will be responsible for updating and controlling Human Resources databases and information systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information. Additionally, the position requires the organisation, safekeeping, and updating of personnel's physical and digital documentation, as well as support in consolidating and reporting weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs related to payroll, affiliations, incapacities, and absenteeism. Participation in ad hoc projects and activities within the department is expected, focusing on gathering, validating, and consolidating information, and proposing improvements to payroll and personnel administration processes and controls.
- Manage affiliations, updates, and terminations with EPS, ARL, AFP, and Compensation Funds, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Administer and track medical leave and absences (maternity, paternity, general illness, and work accidents), including submission, control, claims, reporting, and archiving of supporting documents.
- Consolidate, validate, and report payroll updates promptly, ensuring their correct application for staff payments.
- Record, control, and report absenteeism, ensuring its proper impact on payroll calculations.
- Support personnel administration processes, including onboarding documentation, tax forms, insurance, and other required documentation.
- Update and control Human Resources databases and information systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information.
- Ensure the organisation, safekeeping, and updating of personnel's physical and digital documentation.
- Support the consolidation and reporting of weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs related to payroll, affiliations, incapacities, and absenteeism.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and activities within the department, focusing on gathering, validating, and consolidating information.
- Propose improvements to payroll and personnel administration processes and controls.
- Technical or technological degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration, or related fields (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or related roles (required).
- Experience managing payroll in companies with over 200 employees (required).
- Experience in Human Resources processes with an administrative and payroll focus (required).
- Knowledge of Colombian labour legislation and payroll-related processes (preferred).
- Experience in preparing payroll reports and handling confidential information (required).
- Good level of IT skills (intermediate or advanced Excel, payroll systems) (required).
- Analytical skills and ability to resolve payroll issues (required).
- High level of attention to detail, organisation, and time management (required).
