Evolution is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. The role involves developing visual design solutions across all stages, from concept to final delivery for development or production. The designer will present and justify design solutions in a compelling, structured, and well-reasoned manner.
Collaboration is key, with the designer working closely with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders. They will adhere to established game brand guidelines and contribute to the development of new visual brand assets. Participation in meetings and regular design review sessions is expected.
The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team to provide design assets and brand guidelines. The designer will independently and collaboratively generate ideas and solutions for various design challenges, preparing design files for print production, manufacturing, and front-end development. Managing multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines is essential.
Coordination of project execution with internal teams, external agencies, production partners, and suppliers is required. The designer will partner with UI/UX designers to create visually engaging graphics for in-game elements and interfaces, conceptualising, designing, and supporting the implementation of intuitive, user-centered, and highly engaging UI solutions.
- Execute all stages of visual design projects, from initial concept development through to final delivery for development or production.
- Present and communicate design solutions in a compelling, structured, and well-reasoned manner.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Work within established game brand guidelines while contributing to the development of new visual brand assets.
- Participate in meetings and regular design review sessions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team by providing design assets, files, and brand guidelines.
- Independently and collaboratively generate ideas and develop solutions to design-related challenges.
- Prepare design files for print production, manufacturing, and front-end development.

- Conceptualize, design, and support the implementation of intuitive, user-centered, and highly engaging UI solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (required).
- Good working knowledge of Figma (required).
- Experience in preparing print-ready files and artwork in accordance with various technical and production requirements (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for performing job duties – working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments (required).
- Knowledge of AI-powered tools and their application in enhancing creative workflows (required).
- Solid understanding of branding and visual identity design principles (required).
- Strong creative vision and artistic sensibility (required).
- Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset (required).
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for design, combined with exceptional attention to detail (required).
- Understanding of online gaming industry trends and game UI design principles (nice-to-have).
